I did not receive the confirmation email after completing my ticket purchase, what should I do?

The email could have gone into your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24-48 hours, click “Resend Booking Confirmation” to resend the confirmation email.

Are there any age restrictions?

No admission for infants in arms and children below 4 years old. Children aged 4 years and above must have a valid ticket for entry.


Can I cancel or change my ticket after purchase?

Tickets purchased are not exchangeable or refundable.


I’m interested in organising a group/corporate booking, who should I contact?

Can I attend if I have mobility needs?

Yes! We accommodate audiences who need accessible seating (including mobility challenges and wheelchair users) wherever possible. Please contact our ticketing team ([email protected]) before purchase so arrangements can be made.

演出是否设有观众年龄限制?

婴儿和四岁以下之儿童不许入场,四岁(含)以上之儿童必须持有有效门票才能入场。


购票后还可以更改场次或退票吗?

完成购票后恕不接受退/换票。
